The Snowden's allowed us to build this van to their spec. We started the strip down and the van was inspected in our purpose built body shop. The van will then sent off to Brick kiln for a full repaint in pastel white and Vw Aquarius blue which is a new beetle colour.

Well '71 has to be one of the best years for a vw van to have been built in, Especially if the van was built in Oz!! This van has it all, disc brakes up front, servo assisted dual brake system. Early bay front and rear end, half moon crescent air vents.

The interior was made in house for the Snowdens. The units are our own design and are made of MDF and real wood veneer tops. The units were also painted at Brick Kiln and were finished in Aquarius blue to complete to the exterior. If you like High gloss kitchens then this is the one for you!! We carried out all trimming in house in our bespoke built trimming shop to their choice of dark blue leather. The van hadall new glass, lights, lenses, rubbers, seals etc etc.

The engine was a SSP Remtec 1641 engine with twin carbs and all new parts. We ran the van in so that when it is collected the bus is ready to be enjoyed. The van also had all new discs, pads, calipers, ball joints, rear brakes rebuilt etc etc
